Program Overview
Public Relation is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. Public relations can also be defined as the practice of managing communication between an organization and its publics.
This Diploma in Public Relations provides a concise yet comprehensive introduction to the subject of contemporary PR, introducing a wide variety of core concepts and essential theoretical teachings. This qualification will give you the skills required to work in the areas of public relations, communication management and corporate communication. As you work your way through the program, you will learn how to develop and implement communication programs, manage an organization’s reputation, carry out public relations campaigns and manage internal communication.

Qualification Obtainable
On completion of the program, student will receive a certificate for each level completed and subsequently a Diploma in Public Relations. Certificates and Diplomas are awarded by the Department of Higher Education and Training.
